Three Perspectives. One Purpose.
Method was created by three women with different backgrounds, experiences, and strengths, brought together by a shared belief that the waxing experience can be better.
Tori and Sophia both worked as corporate wax trainers and are now bringing that shared experience into the creation of the curriculum for Method Professional Training, alongside Rachel's experience in operations and the guest experience.
Together, the three of us care deeply about the people who sit in our rooms, the professionals who work alongside us, and the community we're building around Method.
Tori Foresta
With 12 years of experience in esthetics and waxing, Tori's background spans high-volume waxing, corporate training, leadership, and advanced esthetics in a medical-spa environment.
Known for her speed-waxing technique without sacrificing the client experience, Tori has trained and coached other professionals in technique, sanitation, service flow, troubleshooting, and client communication.
Her experience working alongside a physician also strengthened her knowledge of consultations, client safety, treatment support, and professional standards.
Tori is now working alongside Sophia to develop the curriculum for Method Professional Training. At Method, she brings extensive industry knowledge, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping both clients and professionals feel confident in her care.
Rachel Scott
Rachel brings 11 years of experience in the waxing industry, along with a background in business, operations, and building strong teams.
She was part of opening one of the first dedicated waxing studios in the Naples area and spent years helping shape the business behind the scenes, developing systems, supporting teams, and creating an environment where both clients and employees could thrive.
Rachel has always understood that a great business is about more than what happens during the service. It's about the atmosphere you create, the way people are treated, and the standards you choose to uphold every day.
At Method, Rachel brings that perspective to everything from the client experience to the culture behind the brand. She is passionate about creating a space where people feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for.
Sophia Vega
With six years of experience in waxing, Sophia brings a deep appreciation for the craft and a genuine passion for making people feel confident and comfortable in their skin.
Her experience as a waxing professional, corporate wax trainer, and esthetics educator taught her that great service isn't just about technique. It's about understanding the why behind what you do, listening to people, and creating an experience they can trust.
Sophia is now working alongside Tori to develop the curriculum for Method Professional Training, combining their hands-on experience and shared passion for helping other professionals grow.
